My main areas of research are
concerned with the formation and development of entrpreneurial teams in small and large
organisations. This interest is then covneyed into why and how business can form and grow.
The applications of the research interest extend to corporate
entrepreneurship - seeking to establish and increase the levels of entrepreurial
behaviours inorganisations.
